Great care is taken to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the print. If possible, please include a photo or two of the damage to the item, as well as the packaging. I will have a replacement shipped immediately.
Returns: If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me at email@example.com to initiate the return. I will respond with instructions on where to ship the item. Your item must be in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All returns should be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
